• Standard terms and conditions of the Holiday Factory apply at all times.
• To receive the offer, the Cardholder must specifically request for the discount or enter the promo code at the time of payment.
• The offer cannot be redeemed if payment has already been made.
• The offer is valid on payments made with RAKBANK Cards only.
• The offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions,loyalty program or rewards program.
• All benefits and privileges offered in the program are not exchangeable for cash or any other merchandise.
• RAKBANK makes no representation to the quality of goods and services offered by the Holiday Factory
• All offers can be changed, replaced or withdrawn without any prior notice.

Holiday Factory Terms and Conditions:

• The offer is exclusively for RAKBANK cardholders only.
• Single occupancy and upgrades are available at an additional cost.
• The offer is valid for travel anytime until 30 April 2026.
• Dates and periods that coincide with public holidays are excluded in the promo. These include Christmas & New Year peak season holidays and Valentine's Day.
• Infant Fee: 300.
• Requested travel dates are guaranteed. In cases when seats sell out, cardholders will be offered +/- 3 flight days from their preferred date.
• Cardholders must submit their travel dates at least 5 days before the intended departure.
  For example: If a cardholder submits a request on 1 September, the earliest possible available travel date will be on 6 September.
• Cardholders planning to travel within 5 days are advised to use the real-time booking platform [IDA].
• The offer package includes direct flights from Dubai with Air Baltic, 3 nights stay with breakfast at Rija VEF Hotel in Riga or similar, Schengen-standard travel insurance, Riga Highlights guided city tour with lunch, VIP Schengen visa appointment at VFS within 7 working days.
• A City Tax (approximately EUR 5-7 per person per night) is to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Visa issuance is subject to embassy approval; RAKBANK and Holiday Factory are not responsible if the cardholder's visa is denied. 
• VIP Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 7 working days*.
• The visa appointment process begins once the customer finalizes their travel dates and Holiday Factory confirms and issues the travel documents

*All customers must complete the Pre-Assessment Form after purchasing their holiday package.

Holiday Factory guarantees VIP Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global within 7 working days* of receiving the completed form.

Average visa processing time by VFS is 15-30 days. Some nationalities require additional checks, which may extend visa processing to 35–45 days*
