Registering is easy

• Click on the Mobile Banking registration link on your Online Banking page or call RAKdirect (800 4049) and follow the registration steps.
• You can also visit any RAKBANK branch and fill out the application form to get started!

After successfully registering, you will receive one SMS with download instructions and another SMS with your Activation Code. RAKBANK Mobile Banking Application can be downloaded from Apple iTunes for iPhone, Blackberry App World for Blackberry and Android Market for Android.

Activation process for Mobile Banking Application for Smart Phones

1. Activate: Download and select ‘Activate/New User’. Enter your Account or Credit Card number, followed by the Activation Code.
2. Login: Input your login details (User ID, Password and Transaction Password) and accept the Terms and Conditions.

For subsequent logins, you can use your login details as above to access RAKBANK Mobile Banking.

If you have already registered but not activated, you can request for a new activation code by calling us at 800 4049 and following the activation process.
