RAKconnect
With RAKconnect you can register to request and receive regular account transaction information straight to your mobile phone. When you activate RAKconnect, we will automatically notify you of:
- Cheque deposit
- Inward / Outward Remittance
- Cheque Book delivery notification
- Any high value transactions
- Receipt of your monthly salary
- Returned cheques
RAKconnect allows you to set ongoing instructions to receive selected information however frequently you want or to make manual requests using the following codes:
Service Description & SMS Code
- Account summary enquiry ASE
- Account balance enquiry ABE*
- Visa Card information CCI
- MasterCard information CCM
- NMC RAKBANK MasterCard CCN
- Last five transactions LFT*
- Cheque book request CBR*
- Account statement request ASR*
* Requires the SMS code + 13 digit account number if you are not inquiring about the pre-registered account.
RAKconnect is a free of charge service. Just visit your nearest RAKBANK branch and complete a RAKconnect application form.
Once you have applied, to confirm your RAKconnect registration and authenticity, simply send an SMS message to +971 50 432 3200 from your mobile phone and type in the SMS code for the service you require.
RAKconnect service is only available for Business customers with signing instruction “Any one of us”.
