What is RAKfeast?

RAKfeast is a unique dining discount programme exclusive to RAKBANK Credit Cardholders. It offers discounts of up to 20% at various dining outlets across the UAE, ranging from five star hotels to casual cafés and restaurants.

Which restaurants can I get a discount at?

There are over 45 restaurants where you can enjoy RAKfeast discounts. If you are a RAKBANK Credit Cardholder, you can find the list of participating restaurants in your RAKfeast guide which you should have received through a personalised mailer or included in your credit card welcome pack.

Where are these restaurants?

We have negotiated exclusive discounts with restaurants across the UAE. A list of the participating restaurants with the applicable discounts is provided in our RAKfeast dining guide.

Are these discounts applicable on individual dishes or the whole bill?

Discounts are applicable on the whole bill in most of the restaurants. Otherwise, please check with the information contained within the RAKfeast dining guide. If the offer states the discount followed by ‘F & B’, then the discount is applicable for both food and beverages. Likewise, if the offer is marked ‘F’, then the discount is applicable to just the food portion of the bill only.

If I am a RAKBANK customer and not a Credit Cardholder, am I still entitled to RAKfeast discounts?

You are only entitled to RAKfeast discounts if you pay your bill with your RAKBANK Credit Card.

How come different restaurants give different discounts?

Different restaurants have their own policies, and as such differing levels of discounts that they can extend to customers.

What discounts do I get on my meals?

Discounts range from 10% to 20%. Please refer to your RAKfeast dining guide to find out the exact discount offered by any particular restaurant.

Do I need to carry any coupons or discount vouchers?

No. The discount is automatically deducted once you pay bill with your RAKBANK Credit Card.

If two RAKBANK Credit Cardholders are dining together, will they be entitled to double discount?

No. Only one Cardholder can claim the RAKfeast discount.

I am a Supplementary Cardholder, am I eligible to take advantage of RAKfeast discounts?

Yes. As a Supplementary Cardholder you are entitled to the RAKfeast dining discounts.

What is the validity of these offers?

These offers are valid till 30th November 2009. Upon expiry, the offers will be renewed and new offers will be added.
