RAKBANK Participates in Dubai’s 2011 National Career Fair
RAKBANK, the leading bank in the UAE in customer service, is taking part in Dubai’s 2011 National Career Fair, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, from 21st to 23rd of March 2011.
As one of the first banks in the country to achieve the 40% Nationalisation standard set by the UAE Central Bank in 2002, RAKBANK’s participation in the Career Fair is in line with the Bank’s ongoing commitment to attract and retain local talent. Through an active recruitment system, RAKBANK grew its overall National headcount by more than 12% in 2010 alone.
