Sustainability
We are committed to sustainable business practices that benefit both our stakeholders and the environment. We have built a sustainability framework that centres around three pillars: economic, social, and environmental. These pillars are supported by five key commitments: Responsible lending, corporate philanthropy, community support, ethical employment, and natural resource preservation.
We believe that earning the trust of our stakeholders is essential to our long-term success, and we strive to maintain that trust by consistently delivering on our sustainability commitments.
Commitments
Our commitment to our communities is a top priority. We provide career opportunities for the national population, promote financial literacy, and offer financial solutions to the unbanked population in the UAE. We also support several charities and initiatives, with a particular focus on education and healthcare for people with special needs. As part of our commitment to promoting an inclusive working environment, we provide work experience for people with special needs, with the help of a full-time specialist.
We are also committed to preserving the environment. In addition to recycling and waste management, we have partnered with the Wildlife Consulting Group to sponsor wildlife research and conservation projects in our home Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. On top of that, we are proud to be part of the Dubai Chamber's Sustainability Network and ENGAGE Dubai, which promote best practices in CSR and business sustainability and encourage employee volunteering for professional development and enhancing corporate reputation.
