Event Periods Terms and Conditions:

• Different supplements apply during the following events as shown in the below table, all supplements are per room per night and inclusive of municipality fee and service charge. Like EID UL FITR, ADIPEC, FORMULA 1 EVENT, NEW YEAR, UAE NATIONAL DAY, EID UL ADHA.
• (Guaranteed Reservations) all reservations are required to be guaranteed either by a personal or business credit card number or in writing from the RAKBANK.
• (Cancellations / No Shows) Room reservations may be cancelled as per below mentioned prior To the arrival in written. In case of modification or cancellation within three days prior to the arrival date, one night accommodation charge will apply.
• (Events Period) In case of cancellation within fourteen days prior to arrival, entire stay accommodation charge inclusive of event supplement charges will apply.
• (All Seasons) In case of Non-Arrival or No Show full stay charges will apply.
• (All Seasons) all reservations departing before their booked check-out date will be charged For the remaining nights of the original confirmation inclusive of event supplement charges on the booked meal plan.
• (Cancellations) must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by the Hotel, including the cancellation number must be retained.
• ( Early Departure Policy) Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus service charge and tourism fees. The Departure date must be changed no later than check - in to avoid an early departure charge.
• (Check In time 15:00) Early check-in may be requested in advance, but is based on room availability upon arrival.
• should the RAKBANK wish to secure the availability of the accommodation for an early check-in before 12:00hrs, the booking should be made & paid for the previous night.
• (Check Out time 12:00) Late check out after 12:00 hrs. But prior to 18:00 hrs. on the day of departure will incur a room charge equivalent to 50% of the full night’s accommodation rate.
• late check out after 18:00 hrs. On the day of departure will incur a room charge equivalent to one night’s full accommodation rate.
• All late departure requests should be communicated to our reservations and or reception teams for consideration, on a first-come first served basis and subject to space availability.
