When you make a booking through MakeMyTrip Travel & Tourism LLC (“MMT”) platform for the Flights and Hotels, the underlying terms and conditions shall be applicable with regard to the Offer laid hereunder.

Offer: FLAT OFF with RAKBANK Credit Cards

Offer period: The Offer is valid from 5^th September 2024 to 14^th October 2024.

How to avail of the Offer?

The Customer shall use the deal code “RAKMMT” (“Deal Code”) in order to avail of the Offer under these terms and conditions. The Customer shall use the Deal Code for redemption on the payment page at the time of making the payment for the booking against which the Offer is to be availed. In case the Customer applies the Deal Code incorrectly, the customer will not be eligible for the Offer. On the application of the deal code “RAKMMT”, the amount of discount will be automatically deducted from the booking amount. The Offer is applicable for select RAKBANK Credit Cards only.

Example:
Steps to avail of the Premium Offer (i.e., Free Room Night):

• Log in to the MMT app/website and book your stay for 3 or more nights, in one booking.
• Confirm your stay dates and click on proceed.
• Use code “RAKMMT” and get a discount worth the value of a 1-night stay i.e., a 25% instant discount capped at a maximum of AED 1,000.

Hotels Premium Offer (applicable only when the Length of Stay is greater than or equal to 3 nights)

• The Customer must book a room for a minimum of 3 nights to qualify for this Offer.
• The Offer is applicable at the booking level.
• The Customer will get the instant discount on his/her booking through the platform. The amount provided as an instant discount shall be as per the limit provided for by MMT in these terms and conditions.
• The discount amount will be credited instantly to the booking amount while making the payments against the transaction through the MMT platform.
• The reward bonus provided to the extent as provided under these terms and conditions shall be credited to the wallet maintained by the Customer with MMT. The validity to use the said credit shall be within sixty (60) days from the date of the credit.

The Hotel Offer is applicable once per card (only one of the Premium or Base offers can be availed) during the Offer Period.

Hotels Base Offer (applicable only when the Length of Stay is less than 3 nights)

• 20% instant discount is capped to a maximum value of AED 500 and 20% reward bonus is capped to a maximum value of AED 500.
• The Offer is applicable only to the bookings having a minimum transaction value of AED 400.
• The Offer is applicable at the booking level.
• The Customer will get the instant discount on his/her booking through the platform. The amount provided as an instant discount shall be as per the limit provided for by MMT in these terms and conditions.
• The discount amount will be credited instantly to the booking amount while making the payments against the transaction through the MMT platform.
• The reward bonus provided to the extent as provided under these terms and conditions shall be credited to the wallet maintained by the Customer with MMT. The validity to use the said credit shall be within sixty (60) days from the date of the credit.

• The Customer will get the instant discount on his/her booking through the platform. The amount provided as an instant discount shall be as per the limit provided for by MMT in these terms and conditions.
• The discount amount will be credited instantly to the booking amount while making the payments against the transaction through the MMT platform.
• The reward bonus provided to the extent as provided under these terms and conditions shall be credited to the wallet maintained by the Customer with MMT. The validity to use the said credit shall be within sixty (60) days from the date of the credit.

Flights Base Offer (applicable on One-Way Trip ticket booking only)

• 15% instant discount is capped to a maximum value of AED 80 and 15% reward bonus is capped at a maximum value of AED 80.
• No minimum transaction value is required for the applicability of this Offer for flights.
• The offer is applied at the booking level
• The Customer will get the instant discount on his/her booking through the platform. The amount provided as an instant discount shall be as per the limit provided for by MMT in these terms and conditions.
• The discount amount will be credited instantly to the booking amount while making the payments against the transaction through the MMT platform.
• The reward bonus provided to the extent as provided under these terms and conditions shall be credited to the wallet maintained by the Customer with MMT. The validity to use the said credit shall be within sixty (60) days from the date of the credit.

The Flights Offer is applicable once per card (only one of the Premium or Base offers can be availed) during the Offer Period.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full cancellation, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the benefits.
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the Offer is applied, MMT will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
• In case of partial cancellation, the Offer stands void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for the Offer. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the discount or cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis the booking amount.

General Terms and Conditions

• The Offer is only applicable on MMT Mobile App (Android and/ or iOS) and mobile website.
• The Offer is only applicable on select RAKBANK Credit Cards.
• This Offer is applicable only to select hotels as per the reasonable discretion of MMT. The Offer is not applicable on payment mode pay at hotel/ buy now pay later options.
• The Offer is applicable on all flight bookings except for India domestic routes.
• Customers cannot use My Cash or Reward Bonus for payment while availing of the RAKBANK Offer (i.e. wallet usage is not applicable with the offer)
• MMT shall not be responsible for any delay, or improper services provided by the provider of services, for any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of a provider who are MMT’s independent contractors.
• MMT does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine, or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the customer.
• Any date change may incur an additional charge and the same shall be applicable based on the new date selected by the customer as per the respective provider policy.
• MMT reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer/ contest by another offer, whether similar to this Offer/ contest or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• If the payment towards the booking is made through CC/ DC, the customer shall approach the bank for any claims related thereof and MMT shall not entertain any such claims.
• MMT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
• MMT shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Notwithstanding anything contrary contained hereunder, in no event the aggregate liability of MMT under this Offer shall exceed the amount of the Deal Code availed by the customer amount under this Offer.
• MMT may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
• For any card-related claims, the customer shall approach the relevant bank and MMT shall not entertain any such claims.
• By participating in this Offer, the customer gives MMT permission to use the customer’s name, image, and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or MMT brand name or services.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the customer or travel agent, MMT reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel the booking.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
• All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on the MMT platform will be applicable to this Offer. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the MMT website.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MMT reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
