- Reduces SMS risks (e.g., interception or SIM-swap exposure)
- Confirms it’s really you using your registered device and app login
- Keeps approvals private inside the app’s secure environment
How It Works?
- Initiate an online card transaction.
- Receive a push notification from the RAKBANK App.
- Open the app and review the request details.
- Approve or decline the transaction securely in-app.
What You Need To Do Now?
Register for Digital Banking through our mobile app:
- Download the RAKBANK App from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Select 'Register' and enter your Account or Card number
- Verify your mobile number & enter the OTP
- Enter your card PIN
- Create a unique user ID
- Create a password & enter your registered email address
Enable push notifications for the RAKBANK App on your device.
Doing this now ensures uninterrupted and secure transactions when in-app approvals go live.
