How approvals work in-app

  1. Make an online purchase
  2. Receive a push notification in the RAKBANK App
  3. Review, then approve or decline the transaction securely in the App
  4. Complete your purchase  

Remember: 
Make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone settings, so you never miss an approval request. If you need help with enabling push notifications, refer below section on How to enable Push Notifications

To keep your online payments running smoothly, register for Digital Banking in the RAKBANK App today:

  1. Download the RAKBANK App from the App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Select 'Register' and enter your Account or Card number
  3. Verify your mobile number & enter the OTP
  4. Enter your card PIN
  5. Create a unique user ID and password, then enter your registered email address
  6. Enable push notifications for the RAKBANK App on your device.

Set up today to keep your transactions secure and uninterrupted.

How to enable Push Notifications?

  • Log in to the RAKBANK App
  • Tap the menu icon, then select Notification Center
  • Tap the settings icon at the top right
  • Toggle the switch set your device as the primary device  

To allow notifications in your phone settings

    • On iPhone (iOS):
      Go to Settings → Notifications → RAKBANK App → Allow Notifications

    • On Android:
      Go to Settings → Apps → RAKBANK → Notifications → Turn On
