Disclaimer:

When you request a Balance Transfer your request will be processed immediately. However, there is no immediate commitment, and you are entitled to a 5 business days cooling-off period from the date you placed your request.
If you have utilized or transferred funds within or outside of Rakbank, you will be required to credit the full principal amount back into your credit card before the Bank can start processing your cancellation request made within the cooling-off period.
Once the payment is made, please place a cancellation request by calling the Bank on 04-213000 between 9am – 6pm.
If the cancelation request is successfully placed within the cooling off period of 5 business days, all fees and charges charged by the Bank will be reversed.
Any payment made after 5 business days from placing the request will be considered an early settlement and relevant charges will be applied.
