1. Download the Viya app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account using your registered phone number with RAKBANK
3. Complete your profile details.
4. Your Elevate Premium Pass will be generated in the Viya app automatically.
5. For new Viya membership holders, the Elevate Premium Pass will appear in the ‘My Passes’ section under the 'My Viya' section on your home screen within 48 hours of your registration.
6. For existing Viya membership holders, the Elevate Premium Pass will appear in the ‘My Passes’ section under the 'My Viya' section on your home screen

1. Log in to your Viya app.
2. On the home screen, click on ‘Card’ on the lower left corner of your screen
3. View your Elevate Premium Pass by clicking on ‘My Passes’ at the bottom of the screen
4. Click on ‘Check in’ and your live QR code will appear on the screen
5. Present the live QR code at the venue to avail complimentary access

• For customers who are registering on the Viya app on the weekend, please contact Viya's helpline at (8008492 or info@viya.ae) for assistance in generation of your Elevate Premium Pass.
• To view your Viya Member I.D. on the Viya App, please go to the 'My Viya' section and select 'My Passes' from the drop-down menu.
• The Viya Access Family Membership can be shared with your spouse by clicking on 'Share' in the 'View Pass Details' section on the Viya App.
• Please note that this pass is available only to the primary cardholder who can extend it to immediate family members (including their spouse and up to 2 children below the age of 16). Additional guests other than immediate family members will be subject to applicable fees.
