With your Elevate Credit Card, you can enjoy complimentary access to the most exclusive gyms using your Elevate Premium Pass on the Viya App.

1. Download the Viya App.
2. Register using your phone number.
3. Complete your profile details.
4. For new Viya membership holders, the Elevate Premium Pass will appear in the 'My Card' section under 'My Passes' within 48 hours of your registration
5. Just scan or show your Elevate Premium Pass at the venue.
6. To activate your Elevate Premium Pass during the weekend, please contact Viya's helpline (8008492 or info@viya.ae) for assistance.

• If you are an existing Viya membership holder, your Elevate Premium Pass will appear in the 'Card' section under 'My Passes' immediately after registration.
• To view your Viya Access Member I.D. on the Viya App please go to the 'My Viya' tab and select 'My Profile' from the drop-down menu.
• The Viya Access Family Membership can be shared with your spouse by selecting the 'Share' button in 'View Pass Details' section of the Viya App.
• Please note that this pass is available only to the primary cardholder who can extend it to immediate family members (including their spouse and up to 2 children below the age of 16). Additional guests other than immediate family members will be subject to applicable fees.
