1. Download the Mastercard Travel Pass from the App Store or Google Play
2. Sign in to the Mastercard Travel Pass App
3. Register in the Travel Pass app using your Elevate Credit Card details  

1. Each cardholder (including the supplementary cardholder) must spend USD 1 or equivalent in non-AED foreign currency and enrol in the lounge access program on their Mastercard Travel Pass app
2. Unlimited access to airport lounges is available for the primary and secondary cardholders and their plus one for 3 months from the date of fulfilling the spend and enrolment criteria
3. Without fulfilling the spend and enrolment criteria, only 2 complimentary airport lounge accesses will be granted
4. Without fulfilling the spend and enrolment criteria, if customers avail more than 2 complimentary visits, USD 32 will be charged per guest per visit
5. The USD 1 or equivalent foreign currency transaction and enrolment into the lounge access program on MasterCard's Travel Pass app should be completed at least 72 hours before availing the lounge access
6. For uninterrupted access, each cardholder (primary & supplementary) must spend USD 1 or equivalent in non-AED foreign currency and re-enrol in the Mastercard Travel Pass app every 3 months from the last enrolment date
