How do I earn RAKrewards?
Every time you spend using your Elevate Credit Card you earn RAKrewards. The number of RAKrewards you earn per dirham spent depends on your selected tier:

Transactions made on both primary and supplementary cards are counted towards your RAKrewards, and are credited to the primary cardholder’s RAKrewards account after the monthly statement is generated.
Some transaction types and merchant categories earn reduced rewards, regardless of tier:

What can I use my RAKrewards for?
RAKrewards can be used to offset travel-related purchases, including flights and hotels. For example:
When you redeem, the equivalent value of your rewards is credited back to your card, effectively reducing the cost of your travel spend. Think of it as your holiday fund.
How do I redeem my RAKrewards?
Log in to the RAKBANK App, go to the ‘Rewards’ section and follow the simple steps shown in the video below to redeem your RAKrewards against eligible travel transactions.
Please note:
- A minimum of 10,000 RAKrewards are required to begin redeeming
- Redemptions must be made within 90 days of the eligible airline or hotel transaction
- Once complete, the redeemed value will be credited back to your Elevate Credit Card within 5 working days
- Only transactions classified under the travel category defined by Mastercard's MCC classification will be eligible for redemption and RAKBANK will not be liable for incorrect MCC mapping by merchants
