  - Plus tier members are eligible for up to AED 100 cashback per month
  - Privilege tier members are eligible for up to AED 200 cashback per month
• Spends made from both the primary and supplementary cards are eligible for streaming cashback.
• Cashback as per tier eligibility will be automatically credited to your credit card in the next month statement
• Cashback will be provided on streaming platforms in accordance to the merchant categorization provided by Mastercard. That is, all merchants classified under the merchant categories of:
  • 4899: Cable, Satellite and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services
  • 5818: Digital Goods – Large Digital Goods Merchant
  • 5968: Direct Marketing – Continuity/Subscription Merchant
  • 7829: Motion Picture and Video Tape Production and Distribution
• The tentative list of platforms provided above is based on Mastercard’s merchant categorization and is subject to change when required.
• The Bank shall not be liable for incorrect merchant category code tagging by any merchants.
• Cashback rewarded for Adobe and LinkedIn will be counted within the streaming category cashback cap per month for each tier
• To be eligible for streaming cashback, customers are required to directly make payments on streaming platforms by adding their Elevate credit card as the mode of payment.
• Transactions that are refunded or reversed will not be eligible for cashback.
