Option 1
Use the RAKBANK App
Activate your card easily and start managing your transactions in 3 simple steps:
- Download the RAKBANK App from the Google Play Store or App Store
- From the login page, first tap 'More', then select 'Activate Card'
- Follow the onscreen instructions to activate your card
Your card will be activated and can be used immediately upon the completion of the on screen instructions.
Option 2
Request for an activation code
Step 1
Send an SMS from your registered number to 4595 using the following format:
Type 'ACT' [First 4 digits of your card number] [Last 4 digits of your card number].
Example: ACT 1234 5678
You will then receive a 6-digit activation code that is valid for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Call us at 600 54 4049, select 'card activation', and follow the instructions provided. Your card will be activated and can be used immediately upon the completion of the instructions.
Never share your card, card PIN or OTP with anyone - even if it is someone claiming to be a RAKBANK staff.
