How to register for RAKToken

Activating your RAKToken is fast, easy, and can be done anytime, anywhere.
Here’s how:

Download the RAKBANK Digital Banking App
Tap ‘More Options” from the landing screen
Select "Activate RAKToken’
Enter your Account / Debit / Credit Card Number
Confirm your registered mobile number
Enter OTP
Enter your card PIN
Set & memorize your 4-digit RAKToken PIN

How to use RAKToken

RAKToken is designed to work best with your Digital Banking transactions.
You can use it in two ways:

RAKToken via RAKBANK App:
• Enter your RAKToken PIN at transaction prompt

RAKToken via RAKBANK Online (Web/Desktop):
• Approve push notification on your registered device
• Or generate RAKToken manually if no push notification is received
