How to submit a request via email

Get the relevant form here, fill it out and sign it as per Bank records.

Submit the documents:

Email the completed form to eservice@rakbank.ae from your registered email address.

Note:

  • Don’t forget to add your full name as per the bank's records and the service type you are requesting in the subject line.
  • The size of the email should not exceed 10 MB.

  • Incomplete forms, unmatched / digital signatures, or requests sent from non-registered email IDs will be rejected.
