No Business Debit Card? No problem!

Digital Access Card (DAC) is a non-financial transaction card for customers who have a RAKislamic Business Account but are not eligible for a Business Debit Card.

The DAC is our solution to ensure that you can gain access to Digital Banking, IVR, other helpful tools and non-financial transactions.

*The list of non-financial service requests provided through Digital Banking includes the following: requests for e-statement, balance confirmation letters, No Liability Certificates, upload of renewed trade licences and updates of CRS.

How to Apply

Applying for a Digital Access Card is quick and easy with our Digital Banking service.

  1. Log into your Digital Banking account
  2. Select "Service Request" from the main menu
  3. Click on "General Request”
  4. Choose "Digital Access Card" from the list of options
  5. Click on “Apply for Digital Access Card”

With just a few clicks, you'll be well on your way to enjoying the many benefits and conveniences of our Digital Banking service.

Important Information:

This product has a monthly fee of 10 per card.

The Digital Access Card cannot be used for any financial transaction on Digital Banking, ATM / POS / merchant online portals.

Customers holding a Business Debit Card are not eligible to apply for Digital Access Card (DAC).

DAC can be applied by an authorised signatory for self and non-signatories, through Digital Banking.
