With both web and mobile app options available, registering for Digital Banking is quick and straightforward. Our comprehensive, step-by-step guide makes it easy for you to get started and access your accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and more.
Register through the RAKBANK Business App
To register your Business Account through mobile:
- Go to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Search for the RAKBANK Business App
- Download, install and open the app
- Select the “Business” login type
- Select the “Register” link
- Enter your RAKislamic Account Number or RAKislamic Debit Card number
- Enter details like your Passport Number and Date of Birth so we can confirm your identity later if needed
- Enter your “Registered Mobile Number” and request confirmation
- Enter the One Time Password sent to your entered mobile number to confirm
- Enter your RAKislamic Debit Card PIN
- Create a strong password to protect your Account
Use the option “Remember Me” to always log into either the Business Banking or Corporate Banking mobile experience. You can change this option at any time.
Register through the Web
To register your Business Account through our Digital Banking web portal, follow these steps:
- Visit www.rakbank.ae
- Select "Business" as the Digital Banking login type
- Click on the "Register Now" link
- Enter your RAKislamic Account or Debit Card Number
- Provide details such as your Passport Number and Date of Birth
- Enter your "Registered Mobile Number" and request confirmation
- Enter the OTP sent to your Mobile Number to confirm
- Enter your RAKislamic Debit Card PIN
- Create a strong password to protect your Account
Utilize the "Remember Me" option to conveniently log into either the Business Banking or Corporate Banking mobile experience. You have the flexibility to change this option at any time.
