<ul>
<li> The Bank may amend the features, fees, charges, terms and conditions of the Credit Card with 60 days&rsquo; notice to you in advance.</li>
<li> The Bank may amend the profit rates for the Credit Card with 30 days&rsquo; notice to you in advance.</li>
</ul>

Warnings
<ul>
<li> If you are late in payment or fail to make the applicable payments on the due date, you will&nbsp; pay a late payment donation at the amount described below.</li>
<li> If you make only the minimum payments during each billing period, it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.</li>
<li>&nbsp;If you fail to make a payment or otherwise breach the Credit Card terms, this will be a default and the Bank will be entitled, among other things, to:</li>
</ul>
(a) cancel the Credit Card and demand full payment immediately;
(b) report the default to the appropriate regulatory authorities and other credit rating agencies, which will affect your credit rating;&nbsp;
(c) Bring legal proceedings against you. 
Risks and Limitations
<ul>
<li> 5% tolerance allowed over and above the Credit Card limit to approve the transaction - any transaction in excess of the Credit Card limit will attract upgrade fee.</li>
<li> Cash withdrawals are permitted only up to 80% of the Credit Card limit.</li>
<li> Balance transfer is permitted up to 95% of available balance.</li>
<li> Smart cash is permitted up to 80% of the Credit Card limit or 95% of the available balance (whichever is lower).</li>
<li> Credit Card Cheque is permitted up to 80% of the Credit Card limit or 95% of the available balance (whichever is lower).</li>
</ul>
These services are offered subject to approval of the Bank.

Customer Obligations
<ul>
<li> Customer must disclose their income accurately, provide valid identity and employment details and evidence them with authentic documents.</li>
<li> Customer is obligated to make monthly payments due under the Credit Card as per due date to avoid donation amount &amp; finance charges.</li>
