Register through the RAKBANK App

To register for Digital Banking through our mobile app:

  1. Download the RAKBANK App from the App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Select 'Register' and enter your Account or Card number

  3. Verify your mobile number and enter the OTP

  4. Enter your Card PIN

  5. Create a unique user ID

  6. Create a password and enter your registered email address

That’s it! You can use the same user ID & password to log into Digital Banking using our web portal too.

Registering Through a Web Browser

Register through the Web

To register through our Digital Banking web portal:

  1. Register for Digital Banking via this link

  2. Select the 'Product Type' and enter your Account or Card number

  3. Verify your mobile number and enter the OTP

  4. Enter your Card PIN

  5. Create a unique user ID

  6. Create a password and enter your registered email address

That’s it! You can use the same user ID & password to log into the RAKBANK App.
